Recommendations for use:
Before starting work, it is necessary to check that the glued beads are clean and free of dust, since dust prevents the adhesion of the adhesive. To avoid gluing defects due to mismatch of surfaces, it is necessary to adjust the pressure of the pressure roller. The adhesive should be applied evenly. Materials must have a temperature of at least 15 ° C. When working with colder materials, the glue can cool down too quickly, leading to glue defects. During breaks in work, it is recommended to reduce the temperature of heating in the bath by 30-40 ° C to avoid oxidative processes when the glue overheats. It is also necessary to clean the adhesive bath from the old glue so as not to make it difficult to melt.
Storage conditions: in a dry, cool place at a temperature of 18-20 ° C for at least 12 months.
Packing: bags of 25 kg.
